are you asking for 4 - 15 DOLLARS per mail?
no 4-15 cents per click email... 
unfortunately there's not too many sites paying 4 - 15 cents per click email that are going to be around long enough to pay you unless you can get a big downline. even then the site wont last.
the only one that I still recommended at 5 cents is AYS and the wait to get paid is several months. other than that most of the sites I'm still active in are under 2-3 cents. there's a few I'm still a member of that pay a little more but they are on the questionable list now as payout is a long wait if ever.

AYS stand for: All of You Submiters:) It gives a lot of emails and the earnings are good but.... you have to wait at least 4 months to get paid.
Theres plenty of those sites, they are mostly over in the complaints section though

You could try fairy-mails.com pretty new! 5 cents per link and actual payout is 15$ if you have earned those 15$ yourselves!

It is not spam to ask people to PM you for more details IF INTERESTED. It is spam if you PM people with your links without them being requested.
Also zenobar1950, I personally resent that remark of yours. This forum is there to help people. There are rules and if rules are broken, necessary action is taken. So please do not mislead people.
