Most of the banner programs I had been using started putting popups or downloads. can anyone recommend cpm programs that have a no popup banner ect that actually have non pop ups when you put them on your site?

They say they have no banners and I put that one up only to get popups and downloads so I had to take it off my site. Is anyone actually running a banner that says no popups that actually has no popups?

You could try http://www.banner-mania.com, I have no idea what they pay but there are no popups, I contacted them to ask about their payrate but have not heard back from them.

I started getting popups with them too. (fastadvert)

Fast Advert Has a PopAdert Popup with their Banner.

Plus their CPM seems Short.

fastadvert had popups and other stuff so I took them off a few days ago. Ok I understand these systems need to make money but if they are charging for banners then they are making money on that for us to display. However, it really irritates me when they explicitly say no pop ups and you get a slew of them and downloads ect. I tried banner mania but they also had multiple popups. I wrote them about their no popups since they mentioned it on their site (maybe there is a special code for it but haven't heard back yet.)

Aha see I used FastAdvert a long time ago and they didn't have pop ups then! I use say bye bye now and I think they have a pop up free banner. I use the 1 pop up one but only get a pop up occasionally.
