I've got a question, what do I have to put in redemption request box ?
I explain, I want to request for a redemption search ad in a ptr site, and I don't know what I have to put in the redemption box !
Of course the link, but do they need my username ?

you have to type the add exactly as you want it to be advertised. dont foget to include the link and thank to the webmaster on the ende of the rendemprion box
If you're redeeming for an ad, you've already logged in to the program and your username will automatically be sent along with the redemption request, so you don't have to type it in the box.
The only things absolutely necessary when redeeming for an ad in an email are:
1. The link to the site you want the clickers sent to.
2. The ad copy you want included in the email.
If there are special instructions for the webmaster, you should include those too. And as Theforbidden1 suggested, a "thank you" is always nice.

and if the site to be advertised is not a PTRE site and you don't have an Ad copy, then will the link only will suffice or shall we have to write some introducing words? and do we have to post all of this in the Redemption box?

you can write some introducing words for your Specfic site link.
For Some site
They Actually required you to include your username.
Some site also limits the number of text uses.

You should write a little something, just to give people an idea of what they're clicking on. I've seen a few programs that will allow a link with no explanation, but most would probably like something to go with the link. Even something like this is better than nothing:

What you write to introduce your link has a big effect on what kind of response it gets. If you can figure out some way to make your ad stand out, you're more likely to get people paying a little more attention to it.

Yes, it all goes in the redemption box.
