I reached the $10 payout at MailBux awhile back and clicked the Redeem button. Nothing shows that my request was received (don't you hate that?). I've emailed twice now to ask with no response whatsoever.
Has anybody ever been paid in this program or know anything about the WM?

Well that's not good. This is in their FAQ section:

Are people still signing up for this site? How long can a PO just sit back and collect new members without paying anyone or even responding to requests about it? This one's starting to give me a bad feeling. Has anyone EVER been paid through MailBux?
