I've bought a bulk search ad. Some of them have already been sent out but troubles began on the 13th of May.

An ad was sent out with the wrong url in it, it was simple a error in copy - paste from the admin. I don't mind it everyone makes mistakes, though if one makes a mistake one should correct them accordingly.

I've sent an email about the question immediately when I noticed (only 50clicks on the ad so I noticed it early). But no reply came on my mail nor did the ad got resent with the proper url in it.

On the 15th of May a regular ad was sent out without any problems. But still the ad from the 13th wasn't corrected. I emailed again asking to resend the correcting email out on the 16th.

On the 16th of May no ad was sent out nor did I get a reply to my earlier emails.

On the 17th of May a regular ad from my bulk should have been sent out. But no ad was sent out. Again I sent out a mail.

Now it's 18th of May and still no add from 13th and 17th of May. Getting annoyed here, think you can understand that. I payed enough for a simple service of sending out ads on a certain date. But it seems this service isn't provided.

Are any members experiencing the same problems? Did I miss an email from admin stating he would be out of town for a few days?

there are others problems with this firm - e.g. yesterday all members could't log into the site....
and there's something more .... Did you notice that many people have tried to sell their bank-mails accounts lately ? there are two examples:

There's a message on their home page today. He got so many redemptions the box filled up. Cash ads will be delayed 2-3 days, and redemptions delayed 7-10 days.
