My question is about the "pre-existing" rules about membership in other Jay programs.
Since I did know about this, there was no way TO know it, I immediately used some advertising to get referrals. The ad is still running, no way to stop it without a HUGE fuss. Add to that all the other places I've advertised for Automatic.
I have no way of contacting them, or their downline, to enusre they join another site.
So I might lose quite a bit of my downline because of the error. Ok, "we can rebuild" it.
My beef is that the JayDillar staff ... no, that's not fair because Sherry did try. So, Jay refuses to ackowledge there even was an error. This has cost me money out of my pocket.
So, it seems that Jay has given us a choice. Live with it or unsubscribe.
Since I am a member of other JayDillar programs, I don't qualify for the immediate payout option, thought I'm not even sure that IS an option.
Whether some of my referrals do, I, obviously, can't tell nor can I inform them.
If their accounts are cancelled it will look like I "suckered" them into joining and got my referal money from them.
I DID check the Jay's forum board and never saw anything about the membership restriction.
Since I'm pretty sure my accounts will be cancelled because this will be considered as bashing even though it is a STATEMENT of fact, I will go whole hog.

It embarasses me to be associated with anyone who mistreats clients, their spouses, strangers. The behaviour I've seen from the management of the JayDillar sites disgusts me and I will NOT be a part of it. I don't even care who is right and who is wrong in the situation, just the resulting unprofessionalism on the part of management.

Therefore, I am resigning from all Jay's programs, and yes, I know you don't care Jay. I will ask that any profits I have made, to date, be donated to The Juvenile Diabeties Foundation. www.jdf.org

And if others took such an attitude , there might the consideration that being a member in a program is not so much a privilege but instead consider that without members , there is really no program .

I was not a member of AC nor now am I am member of any of the other of the related programs . I have unsubscribed as well . I will not be bullied into unreasonable submission or live in fear of offending a WM with reasonable questions over a few cents or over thousands . I'm glad to see others will not either and that integrity still matters .

lexiekinz I always thought of it as a three way partnership. Advertisers,WM, and members. Without one you have nothing.

Actually , I haven't had many ads that haven't been out of pocket , but I have such wonderful and supportive members that help build my DL's in other programs and such , that I have been able to keep afloat and prosper a little .

These ppl are precious , loving , giving and truely a blessing to me and RD . I could not make RD work without them . Ooh , I can come up with an ad , but without them , pOOf ! Nothing ! But I do see your pt .

To date I have never had a nasty e-mail from a member . ***THAT ISN"T A HINT FOLKS ! LOL! ***Lord willing I will not every see that day . We have always been able to talk things over civilly and tactfully .

I've been a member I believe since april with what 35 referrals and I have clicked every link every thrown my way and

and my stats show a $13.00 payout and I beleive I landed everyone of my referrals the 1st day I was a member very disappointed to say the least

Nothing personal Jay. But this person spoke up against you. So I have to consider that fact and others posts you made. That you just might be trying to get some
payback.
It also could be true, but it takes time to build up more accounts with advertisers and more members to get better rates. All PTRs are a gamble, even ones who payout because you never know what may happen yet.
You have to look at all the info given, and it doesn't hurt to look at the person posts if they post in this forum.
Judging by her actions she is a solid honest person. Most of the time that means hard working. I think this will be one of the top 10 e-mail companies as it grows.

Do you wanna be labled in the same category as NitroClicks, CosmicWealth, and all the others? I think Sherry had the same feelings, and said the thing she said about not deleting none members of Jay's programs from A-C. I have always said good things about you and your programs in the past. 35 referrals and only made 7 cents from them in nearly 6 months
and only $2.65 total earning

what a Bummer and No I will stay regardless of how worthless your program is . Cause I have worked to hard to get this close to PayOut

LOL! Nothing yet , but I might put it to the vote to add deletion for directly insulting the WM . I think I can get 50% or better . Matter of fact , if future changes need to be made , I've pretty much decided to ask their opinion . Not sure how to work it out yet , but I don't want to leave them in the dark or be unreasonable . So maybe there is a solution .

Time out here, before this is taken a little too far. One, I think there is a glitch in the scripts. For one thing, Jay posted to me that my downline earned 14 cents, but it takes 24 hours to show up in the upline for it to show. I have been stuck on .0417 cents for several days now. That means there is a bug where it is not being reported to the upline in the 24 hours. That leads people to start asking questions which several members have. It is showing up on Jay's administration stats, but not members stats. I think I read somewhere that another CC program had the same problem, and is trying to get that fix to get rid of that bug. So, I think all this everybody got upset about could have been avoided. Now, we all can work together to help get the scripts, and programs working better.

You have cancelled accounts on the basis that people have bashed your programs and then you call someone else's program worthless? At least we see the bashing here as opposed to the alleged negative comments posted elsewhere that you have refused to post a link for, even though you have been asked to do so.

Whether you have a valid point about the earnings in this program, or not, it is hypocritical of you to complain about a program but disallow anyone from posting negative opinions, muchless questions that make you look bad, about your programs.

I did not quit, I chose to resign because you cannot control yourself in what you say and how you act.
You should have thanked me for leaving, since you refuse to donate the money I've earned (not the sign-up bonuses, the earned money), you get to keep it.
All combined, the people that I have referred that are "quitting" and myself you've probably just "earned" over $40.

Ok Jay lets say your right that the payout is lower then your program. You could of cash out 4 times already. How many have cashed out from your program?
I rather receive a smaller payment percentage knowing I am going to get paid. An be have to bank it drawing interest then letting others bank my earn money making interest off me.

Plus lets get some facts lexiekinz how old is your site? What do you have plan for it in the near future? Meaning site improvement, any plans to increase ways to earn? Do you plan to increase members payout as your revenue grows from getting better rates from your advertisers?

Plus isn't it just interesting how you pick her site to badmouth? I do claim its because she spoke out against the way you have and are behaving. Its just a low method of Jay trying to get some revenge.

Well , RD is about 9 months old and I've just recently purchased CC scripts which I will then be able to have a paid click section and paid sign up section . They will also make it easier to keep a clean data base .Trimming the inactives and such you see . I don't yet know what all will be available to me until after I see what the new scripts can do . I have to be retrained too ! LOL!

I plan to raise the percentages on ref's or add more ref levels as more funds come into RD and use some of my earnings as investments in other things for the good of RD and her members . I will probably do away with the 5 cent ref bonus as it tends to encourage cheating . RD is a baby in every way , -- not a big gun at all , but these are slow but steady changes . I have already dropped cash out minimum twice and have added random pay outs .

I guess you should know , I only send about 1 e-mail a week day . E-mails are always worth at least 1 cent and usually paid for out of my own pocket so that members are at least getting 5 e-mails a week now . It wasn't always this way . Theres was a time there might have been 5 e-mails in a month .

I rarely do email on the week ends as I have my little grand daughter with me then and she demands a great deal of my attention . She is not yet 2 yrs old . He father is in prison and her mother lost custody due to drugs . My husband and I are trying to fill in the gap a bit . This is our first weekend without a child under 5 in the house in nearly a year .

I have , since the onset of these upgrades , halted sending mail , except updates on the progress . This could possibly be a difficult data transfer . I don't know , but I believe the less info to transfer , the less problem transferring .

No shadowman, Jay has sent random payouts to many people. When he says he's paid out $20,000, I think that's what he means. I think they're like $5 each (I wouldn't know for sure, since I've never gotten one, COUGH COUGH

also we have paid out over 3,600 on other sites todate

I have made lots of Random Payments in the 20 to 25 range

many in the 10 to 15 range

and over a 1000 in the 5 range

Several bonus random payouts where I paid out the Sign Up bonus 2 people

and people support us and we support them back !
