Now members can bid/sell items at the auction page, however there's one important point to note... if you are the highest bidder & refused to pay, your MrEmails account will be terminated & all earning forfeited.

We run that policy on our auction too and have done since the start

We've had no problems with it, in fact I set Mr Emails' aution up for him and put his terms to suit.

If someone decides to back out after bidding then that's their problem. They shouldn't bid with the intention of not paying!
After all it lets the other members down doesn't it?

Just to clarify that that policy is only in place to stop cheaters. What is the point of an auction site if the winning bidders do not go through with their bid...

It will not effect anyone that is honest and reliable, it will only stop the people who want to bid and not pay if they win.

I hope that clarifies everything
