Hi All
I have been looking at the earnings today and quiet a few members are
not clicking banners
why anyone would join a get paid to click banners opportunity and not
bother is beyond me
apart from the members with large downlines who are earning from
referral payments!!

members pay good money for you all to view thier opportunities
so it is only fair that you click the banners
I have therefore added the following to the membership agreement as
from today
You agree to click 50% of the paid banners available to you in any 30
day period.PaidBanners reserve the right to remove your account with
loss of any earnings to any non compliers

Regards

Nigel
make a sell and paidbanners

I would have thought when you pay 2 join - you'd go click happy! ad.gif

I guess the reason for it some people are not clicking the banners because they are the lucky ones making the referral bonuses and so they make that and don't click the links ah.gif not me though I have no referrals so I have to click the links aa.gif

sounds like I'm like you tipsy.. I click away madly.. and visit paidbanners sometimes 3 times a day hoping for some more clicks *sigh* I want to cashout before christmas.. being broke sucks!

Its like always though.. why join a program if you aren't going to be active it peeves me off!
michael
I don't understand that you can't take time to click the links each week. It very easy and that is why you paid to sign up. I click all of em.

depend on how many red hot banners you get a day, usually i get 2 or 3

it is 0.03 per day

and then you get a weekly banner to click which have 30 or 40 in it

so it is 0.4
lachlanm
On average you make about $0.50 a week.. a bit more if your quick and can click all the redhotbanners

I think the rule is fair enough.. your paying $7.50 to join the program for the right to earn.. why anyone would not click is beyond me
badkitty
I agree, if you pay to join you may as well take full benefit of the banners there to click, I certainly click every day, BUT.. if you pay to join, why should they have the right to delete you if you're having a bad month and just don't get around to clicking?
telflonmail
The paid banners last ALL WEEK! so you should be able to make it to the site at least once a week...

I agree with the previous poster, if you pay for membership you should not be deleted. Instead, the 50% rule should have been for referral commission - like many other sites are doing.

HEY! I would like to take that 2 week cruise and not find out all my GPTR,PTC programs are lost when I'm in Bermuda (buying those drinks with umbrellas with all that money I made in GPTR,PTC programs) ab.gif )
kittysdoc
I'm with you badkitty...ac.gif $7.50 is a lot to pay for some people...I dont think he should have the right to delete a member who has payed that amount unless they are cheating or not clicking any banner...Id understand if the program was free to join.
lachlanm
If you are unable to click for an amount of time.. all you need to do is let him know.. he's not going to delete your account if you take the effort to tell him.. its only for those people who dont use the site at all

In my way, I agree. Recently Nigel sent out a letter stating that he had put out over 400 banners on the site since start-up. In checking my own stats, I found that I had managed to only click on about 300 of them. This comes up to only about a 3:4 ratio! Considering that I check the site as much as SIX times per day, I don't really feel that I have failed in trying to click ALL the banners I find - BUT I cannot spend ALL my time on his site. I am a member in 'way too many sites (over 50), and have to use my time as wisely as possible.

I only have 1 referral on Paid Banners and so far that has earned me a very small sum, though I appreciate anything I can get! But with all the changes of rules, contests, and money-making opportunities Nigel presents, I'm getting lost! I find myself just skimming his updates letters and wondering what I am doing wrong!

The main reason I started ptr was to make money, but it seems as though I can't even get seed money to try to add to my earnings, especially when I'm trying to guess where things are going next? How can I possibly work through this when somehow I seem to be expected to leap at every opportunity offered? I know Nigel means well, but I could wish he'd slow down a bit, and give people a chance to sort out all the things he is doing.

Even this posting is confused and confusing - Nigel is starting to rub off on me! ai.gif But I'll keep trying somehow!

As a few others have said, I think its a fair rule, as Nigel states, a lot of users spend good money putting these adverts up and if no-one is going to click them, then they won't bother again and we'll end up with 5 banners a week or something like that. And after all, its better than clicking through countless 0.000000001 cent searches, isn't it?

I actually think Nigel should be applauded for actually caring how many clicks an advertisiers gets, all too many webmasters/mistresses only care about getting their hands on the advertisement money!

I can't for the life of me understand why ANYONE would pay $7.50 to join a site and not take FULL advantage of all the earning possibilities!

I guess the rule is to stop users just living off their referrals, something I think EVERY site should do...
Ramsses
I'm a member and I click my banner every day!
But today no banners ah.gif.

You PAY to join then you are required to make a 50% click thru or be deleted? Excuse me but does anyone else think that this site should offer a free membership and make this the requirement of it??
Niels
Well i think that if he put a vacation option on the page it would be fair, but i don't really see why members shouldn't click.
Usually in all my programs i don't click/click a little in 4-5 days and then check all my emails, it has worked fine (except of course the first 100 emails and such).

I advertise reguarly on paidbanners, especially red hots, as soon as a new program comes out that i join bang i fire in a red hot one ( that didnt sound right).

The point is i pay good money a week on ads, i want them to be seen and if you dont join well at least click on the banner to recieve credit, so at least i think members are intrested.

Another example last week he launched the new downline club, and i placed ads on 2 top ptr with over 10000 members each, one week later i just about have click throughs of over 2500. Its like what brianlfc says i wish more sites where like paidbanners.

And i wish more people would see the point as clearly as you two.

I agree with brian. I think its great Nigel does care about the advertisers and is willing to stand up for what he believes is correct. I for one dont understand why more webmasters dont delete inactive members. It almost seems like some like to "flaunt" their member base size...quite frankly like high school boys comparing the size of the pvt parts. I would rather have 200 active members and know these members click and give the advertisers a good response then 2000 members who only give a 20% response. I think it deceives the advertiser when a site claims 7000 members when only actually maybe 25% click on a regular basis. My motto its not the size of the membership base its how active they are...uumm of course this could be applied to many other things..lol

50% is ok IMHO
