Hi,

I was thinking of running some sort of contest in which people can win a free ref so the people who are having a hard time building downlines get a break too.
Problem is I don't know how to move a ref and if I do, what happens in the up and downline of the moved ref????

Anyone??? blink.gif

thanks
Jacky

P.S. I'm running on cc scripts....this knowledge might be helpfull in you answer.... biggrin.gif

Hi Jacky,

If you move a referral, any downline that member has will move along with them. Their upline will lose a referral.

How you do it is go to the account of the member you wish to move and enter the new upline in the 'upline' spot.

You may find you have some 'orphan' members - who have no upline. You can find them using the Search Members link. These will be safe to move as they have no upline and nobody loses by you moving them.

Hope that all makes sense smile.gif
