ClickingCents
Hi everyone,

I'm Jacky, owner of ClickingCents. What I would really like to know is what else can I do to get people to buy my ads?
The site recently launched and is growing slowly, but steadily. After getting scammed a lot of times I decided I would run my own ptr just to prove that it can be done in an honest way. So my ad prices will cover the costs.

Members want to get paid and they should but how do they expect to get paid when they buy advertising on the sites which offer a 10 cent email to 5000 for 2 dollars? Don't they get that they will get scammed there?

Anyone any tips on this?

thanks

Well sites like that count on members stopping before the payout and not everyone clicking

hi,

find a product, service unique angle....something to sell that other people are not.

People buy because of percieved quality/value. work on creating something that lets the advertiser feel they are getting a unique value from your site.

And people buy 10cent to 10K ads for $2 because they see the value and no difference in quality per member mailed.

Last remember people advertise to make money, more money than the ad cost in all cases. If they do not think they will earn money they don't buy.

No firm answer but work on the packaging of the product you are selling.

This is indeed the key question dry.gif

I think that a lot of members actually DON'T know they'll get scammed by these programs, and a whole lot more know that such programs are a bit of a race, because a few members usually get paid before they close down or whatever.

In both cases I think the best thing we can all do is educate people - which is why I (and quite a few others) spend so much time and effort pointing out the need for a program to have sustainable ad prices.

I believe things are beginning to change as more and more people begin to understand.

You're taking the right approach (I believe) by not trying to go into proice competition with them. Some programs do that and very quickly end up with their program collapsing. The only real alternative is come up with creative ideas for sellign ads, using affiliate programs, or anythign else you can come up with - the more unusual the better. Good honest programs have to try and ride out this period of domination by the scam/unsustainable sites. Hang in there! wink.gif
