Currently you need $1 personal earnings before you can cash out all your earnings. Soon it will be dropped to 50 cents.

This is to encourage builders to click more paid links, not relying just on their big downline.

Pennymails now requires $1 in personal earning before cashing out. Recieved an email or two about it today but deleted it.

I will be changing it down to 50 cents in personal earnings after I recieved some feed back from my users.
I only put it into effect since I have quite a few users with less than 5 cents personal earnings, but 6-7 dollars total. It is not fair to the active users that use the program for me to pay out those who obviously just want a downline to do all the work.
I feel that if you are active, as the TOS states you must be, you should easily make the minimum needed. Especially since all paid links are worth at least 1 cent right now.

No offense the owner, but that's bull.
1. Most builders click almost every link (I know I click every one)
2. There are at most 20 builders out of the probably 4,500 people in that program so the webmaster can't use that excuse that he needs a higher clickthru, its the same with PaidTin.com.
It is just a blatant excuse to get out of paying members.

Hi,

Chris you must be an exception, I have some downline builders in my downline and they are very bad clickers, in fact they are good for me because they gave me a downline but useless for the webmaster because 90 % of the people brought by the downline builders would have joined anyway thru another ad or downline club and they don't click ! The only good thing is when the downline builders join without a referrer, so all the directs they have have only one upline level and so webmaster doesn't have to pay upline earnings for so many levels.

It's even whorse for traffic exchangers, because they flood the site with their urls and they don't click, so the rotating for usual members's urls is very slow.....and the traffic exchanger becomes useless !

But that is how the system work.....and, IMHO, webmasters who don't like it should put a minimum personal clickthru rate in their TOS before the launch, not after the downline builders have done all the work and investment...this is not really fair !

Only my 2 cents of course, don't feel you have to agree with it :-)

This is the email I got today and it says 25 cents.

I changed the cashout policy once more.
I had changed it to 1.00 but taking it back down to 25 cents after
talking to several users and doing some more math. I had it set too high
and instead of rewarding users, ended up punishing them.
With this, users can still achieve the minimum needed and still cashout fast. And once you hit the 25 cent mark, there will be no restrictions.
This applies to cash payouts only, not for ad payments which have no such restrictions.
Please accept my apologies.
Will update the TOS as soon as I can.
