Those are affiliate networks, most have hundreds of separate affiliate programs on them.

Then there are the thousands of go-it-alone affiliate programs which you can search around google for if there's nothing suitable on the networks. Just type whatever the product/service is + the word affiliate and there's usually someone, somewhere looking for an affiliate to market whaever it is for them.
