You are solely responsible for any and all use of your PaidBin account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by PaidBin be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up PaidBin. You agree to receive email advertising from PaidBin, limited to no more than one per day. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 7 (seven) or more days to messages from PaidBin your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. In the event your email account on file is full for 7 (seven) consecutive days your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and PaidBin are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and PaidBin. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of PaidBin. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the PaidBin program.
Limitation of Liability:
PaidBin will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or PaidBin program, even if PaidBin has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, PaidBin aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by PaidBin. Members may earn by referring new members to the PaidBin program. Members will earn 10% of their direct referrals earnings, 10% of their 2nd referral level earnings, 10% of their 3rd referral level earnings, 10% of their 4th referral level earnings, 10% of their 5th referral level earnings, 10% of their 6th referral level earnings, 10% of their 7th referral level earnings, 10% of their 8th referral level earnings, 10% of their 9th referral level earnings and 10% of their 10th referral level earnings. Members will be paid via PayPal or E-Gold or check. PaidBin will pay members base on membership level and their balance as follow:
Regular Members - $10 for PayPal/E-Gold with processing fee of $0.50
