I released the latest version yesterday that has quite a few improvements (also now comes with an easy installer script).

It can be freely downloaded here, but I offer installation for $9 if you're having trouble installing it yourself.

Upgrading from older versions is also pretty simple. Upload faq.php, faq_admin.php and faq_includes.php in ASCII mode (overwriting the old scripts), then make sure faq_variables.php is chmoded to 666.
