Key Points:
1) All the logging in & checking earnings problems are still being looked into, new scripts are being written to solve them, members are asked to remain patient for it to be fixed.

QUOTE
Recently, we attempted to move servers, as our account at our old host had shut us down temporarily. When we moved to our server, there was difficulty in setting up our files on the new system. Everyone had problems in logging into their account. There was a temporary fix for this, which we attempted to do on all 17,000+ accounts. However, this was very time consuming. After we had got through 9,000 accounts, we had a programmer try and fix all of the accounts at once, with one quick fix. This failed, and we were back to where we started.

We were then recommended a host that would not only host our website, but actually fix the problems we have been having. In the chaos, we moved again, our communications were offline, so we could not alert all of our members of the extra move.

Work was carried out on our website, and then it was discovered that there was another problem, as serious as the login problem. We have been told that the problem CAN be fixed, but this will take some time, and patience whilst new scripts are being written.

Since our launch in July 2001, we have never encountered an error like this, and have never been offline as long.

Unfortunately we have not been given an ETA on when our website will be back at its fully capacity. In this time, we request that all of our members are patient. Please do not contact us regarding the login problems, we are aware of the current problems.

Support will be very limited at this time, so please only contact us if it is absolutely necessary.
