Currently, the real URL for this new site is http://www.hrtpaidemail.com, however, the URL http://www.tatcoemail.com seems to redirect to the HRTPaidEmail site.

Tatcoemail offer payout at over $200+, and some people branded them a scam, but HRTPaidEmail seem to offer payout at only $15?

The WHOIS info reveals that HRTPaidEmail is registered to Tatco and Laura Tyler.

Any further information regarding this piece of news would be most useful.
