Please bear with me while I write a book and I will explain everything from the beginning.
I bought the script and the domain name for country-cash-inn, and I built the site. I did this for my assistant and very good friend Audrey. I gave it all to her. It was hers from the beginning, even though the domain is in my name.
We hosted it at DotVisions. I talked to them in advance, they said a ptr would be no problem at all. I took them at their word.
What we did not know at the time, but know now, is that dot visions DOES NOT own their servers, they do NOT have physical custody of the servers, they are a reseller.
The first time country cash crashed, we thought it was a server crash. The host apologized, said they didn't know what happened, and reset the account, but the site was missing. We restored it with a backup.
A few days later, Audrey contacted our tech guy and said the mailer wasn't working. He checked and the mailer something-or-other (I'm not the tech person) had been REMOVED. Minutes later, the site was missing again.
So tech guy began doing some research, and found out that the REAL server owner does not allow ptr's on his/her server and had deleted country cash inn with no warnings at all.
We thought we found a new host to move to, even paid a deposit, but it turned out they didn't want a ptr either.
But Thursday night, my 2 partners and I met (via yahoo conference) with the REAL owner of several servers, and hashed out a deal with him.
We now are renting a server directly from the owner, and we don't have to worry about deleted accounts.
We will try to get Country Cash Inn moved to the new server this weekend.
Its going to be awfully hard to gain back people's trust now, but we are going to work very, very hard to build up a good reputation.
Audrey is very honest and a wonderful person. When we get the site moved, please give her another chance.

So does this mean re-signing up for a third time or will the membership be restored? I just signed up and confirmed my account before the second crash.

At this point I don't know.
I'm waiting for my webmaster (the tech guy) to get the site at the new server. I won't know anything until he tells me what's what.
I'm sorry, I am very frustrated about the entire situation. It has left me feeling pretty helpless.

We got the site moved to the new server last night.
Hopefully we will be up and running within a couple of days.
