1) Account holders of E-mails that bounced for 3 times will be deleted. Auto responders account holders will be warned once before deleted.
2) Payout dropped to $5, if there are insufficient PayPal or E-Gold funds, members must wait until TopDollarEmails recieve funds in their account before being paid on 1st come 1st served basis.
