I paid $2 for a 50,000 banner impression ad to Acar-Cash about a month ago and that nice guy has not put on my banner!
I sent several mails but he is simply ignoring them!! Even my request for a refund?
C'mon, is only $2, just give it back to me or reply my mail, what is so difficult?!
Are there any other victims out there?

you just saying it's cost high for us to redeem,but, do you want all of your honest members to reach payout after 1 year?i join your site not for payout,i think most of members who donot have DL also canot wait that long?so,

Your word's aren't hurting me, it's what u think about it and I have respect for that but like I said I can ad redeem options but u (my members) will loose on it
