i'm sick and tired of hearing TOS change from program owners without hesitation.
i think they have to maintain their TOS once they decided.
it only benefits program owners.
members and advertisers always become disappointed and lose money/time.
please tell me the programs that changes TOS frequently.

IMHO only here... in a time with the GPT world is in such turmoil it's hard to come up with your TOS and leave it that way. Things are ever changing and so must the programs to adjust. We have to change the TOS sometimes in order to keep up with all that's going on and still stay in business. It's a learning experience everyday, some of us make good changes, some don't... but we have to do what we feel is best for our programs, ourselves, and our honest members. And hopefully if we don't make good decisions we learn from that. ECF was my first program, and yes, I changed the TOS frequently there for awhile just to try to stay afloat. Hopefully now it's where it will stay for awhile, but there are no guarantees in this topsy turvy industry.

I agree with EMailCashFrenzy not always does it benefit the owners of the program. Some owners start out hoping for some of their ideas to work out...some times they dont and to keep the program going and to reward the honest members they have to change things. I look at it this way....do you want them not to change and just bail out close the site and hear nothing from them? I believe they have a right to change the TOS and try to make a go of it. I really believe MOST but not all owners are honest and are just trying to stay afloat and need to change terms to benefit the members the advertisers and them selves in the long run.
