1) Due to major server & code changes, the payment system has to be reworked.
2) March payments is anticipated to be sent on March 22 (1 week from now).
3) April payments will not be affected, it is expected to be delivered as scheduled on May 31st.
4) Do not email IPTL to ask about payments, it can only delay the payments further.

IPTL
by PayPal and check. Please don't email us asking how it is coming
along,
or what exact day payments will be sent, because such emails don't
actually help us or you any, but they do take up valuable staff time
and
can delay things further. Thanks for your consideration in this.

those
