Below are 2 minimium requirements before you can cash out your $5 earnings.

Cash outs
1) 15 paid email links must be read and clicked a month.
2) Accounts must be active for 30 days, if not all inactive accounts
will be deleted, that means if your not clicking you will lose your account and referrals and will have to re join up. If there's a problem just contact me.
3) you may cash out $5 once you have reached the minumim of 1 and 2.
This way it gives my advertisers more clicks instead of 1/2 clicks...

copyright is covered , NPA alerts are covered , Cash outs are covered, inactive accoounts are covered.

There becoming annoying to Tombmailer members and Tombmailer. Members have been complaining about that. Please respect are members. There are no refunds when making an advertisement purchase. Yes you may get refund if you make a mistake but after your ad has been placed there are NO REFUNDS! IF YOU ARE A GOLD MEMBER advertising is 15% off for you. You must contact Tombmailer first so we can verify you. After you have been verified we will take 15% off of any advertisement that you want placed. LIMITATIONS TO AD SIZE SOLO ADS! You can have how ever many paragraphs you want, NON PAID, and PAID ADS, GOLD MEMBER ADS, and any SPECIALS of Tombmailer.com. YOUR AD MUST NOT EXCEED 5 to 6 LINES or it will not be placed in rotation and no refund will be given. You may how ever reduce your ad size and resend it.
NPA (NEW PROGRAM ALERTS) If you want your NPA to go out before a Tombmailer NPA there will be an extra charge of o $30 for main referrals sent to your account. An NPA you receive a Solo Ad to all Members!
Cashout Rules:
1. You must have confirmed your account with Tombmailer. All Fields must be filled in, that means ADDRESS, COUNTRY, PASSWORD, USERNAME, ZIP CODE, STATE, FIRST NAME, LAST NAME...ANY FIELDS LEFT WITH N/A WILL BE DELETED! Remember, if you have not followed the directions in the confirmation email, you will not actually be accruing any earnings. You will be able to click on the links but you will not actually be getting paid. Please log into your account to make sure that you are confirmed.
2. You must have clicked on the links from at least 15 emails and be in good standing of 30 days or more. Good standing refers to participating in Tombmailer by logging in to your account regularly, reading the emails, clicking on links, etc.
3. If your account is inactive for 30 days and you do not have 15 emails read you may not ask for payout/cashout. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
4. You must have at least $5.00 in earnings, along with 15 email links clicked in your personal account before you request payout. You may request payment after your account has earned $5.00. Do not request payout before you have accrued this amount of earnings.
5. If your account becomes inactive due to failure on your part to participate or from bounced emails, your account will be terminated. Upon termination of your account, all your downline members will be lost, your earnings will be lost and you will have to resign up and start over at ZERO. Please ensure that this does NOT happen!
6. All accounts will be verified upon request for payment. Payment will not be made to accounts suspected of cheating to include falsification of personal information and using duplicate accounts.
7. Tombmailer reserves the right to make changes or additions to these rules at any time without prior notification to members, but naturally will attempt to do so in good faith. Tombmailer will make every possible effort to fulfill payout requests promptly. Given the nature of advertising revenue, however, Tombmailer stipulates that a reasonable time to process payouts is within 10-14 days. Payments will be made via paypal, egold, osgold. We are unable to do checks. You can cashout by doing a redemption Ad , paid , non paid, gold membership, banner impression, web design, banner design..
All accounts which are inactive which goes for members accounts, pending accounts , not logging in, not reading the emails, not clicking the links provided to you. Your Account will be Terminated, all your downline members will be lost, and you will have to resign up. Failure to participate in the Tombmailer program, you grant Tombmailer the right to delete your account if you do not have at least 15 paid emails read and Your account is inactive for at least 30 days Do not ask for a for a cash out until your account has met the Tombmailer guidelines!
