My username was Mysticice. I am the owner of two PTRE Sites and Have NEVER had two accounts on any site. I do recognize the other username as a member of my sites because they recently put in a paid to signup request.
I do not know why it would should us as accessing from the same IP because other than my sites I do not know this person.
If you did not want me as a member you could have just said so.
I am on other PTRE Sites and this is the first time I ever had a problem like this. I have heard only good things about your site but I have to say now that I am extremely disappointed with your site.

Try to contact Misty and Sam or post in their forum, you usually get a very fast respone through the 'contact' in the site. wink.gif

All the information looks exactly the same except the username, that's why they probably just assumed you had double accounts and deleted you.
I don't think that they didn't want you as a member or anything like that.
I hope you can this issue resolved as quickly as possible. smile.gif

Thanks. I replied in their forum and sent a contact mail. Will let everyone know what happens.

I just wanted to let you all know that this has been resolved. I am still working on finding out how it came up that someone else was accessing using my IP etc when they don't even live near me but other than that Heather has been very helpful to me and the problem is resolved. :-)

It has always been my experience that Heather provides excellent and quick customer service for her members. That is one of the reasons everyone seems to like M&S, I think.

Amen to what Katie said. I had a little problem just this afternoon with the M&S forum and Heather was on it immediately after I contacted her and everything was resolved in no time.
