GetPaidWatch, run by the same person as this site, has added gold membership!
For just $15.00, payable via e-Gold or Paypal, get a share in the unreferred sign-ups to GetPaidWatch!
QUOTE
Dear Members,
Have difficulties in earning referrals? Don't worry! Get Paid Watch is
introducing a gold membership program. As a gold
member, your referral URL will be randomly inserted for surfers visiting the
website without a referral URL. There are few
hundreds of new visitors coming to our site everyday without a referral URL.
These new visitors will be a free source of
referrals for you. In addition to free random referrals, gold members will
receive one free paid email ad to all members. The
cost of Life Time Gold Membership is only $15.00.

Sounds like Rob is getting the gold membership?
$15 gold membership doesn't looks outstandingly better/cheaper than other CAC programs' gold membership as of right now. Is it really worth it? So far I see the only benefits are more free referrals & a free paid ad.
Perhaps lgwong will think of more benefits to add for gold membership to make it more unique later.

What do you think I should add?

What do I think you should add? A round trip ticket to HK, 7 days free hotels in Hilton and free car rental... Hmm... I haven't been back to HK for a long time...Just joking, of course.
This is more realistic:
Gurantee result from the free referrals you get or a portion of your money back.

How much referrals and in what time span should this garuntee be made? As you know, when you are the only gold members you get a lot of extra referrals, but when there are 100. This will be much less. This makes it difficult to make a appropriate garuntee level.

igwong heres some ideas that i have thought of from experience with other gold member options in other programs. Fro $15 i believe u should offer a lot more than what u r offering. I know its hard but u need to make it worth it so u can get more money and your members make money out of it.
For $15 heres what u should have;
1. Free NON-Paid Add to all members (or portion of) every week (or even every fortnight or something, but it should be more than 1 a month)
2. Free referrals (like u already have, unlimited amount)
3. Lifetime membership
4. More paid emails sent to Gold Members, say 1 or 2 more a week or something like that
for $15 that seems pretty fair
or u could do something slightly different and reduce the gold membership to $10 for lifetime or $5 a year. Here u could just have the free referrals and non paid add every month, or something slightly modified from the $15 idea i have
hope u look at these ideas and work on them, i have more but didnt want to seem to greedy

1) Do a MatrixMails's double referral perecentage. So... 30% - 20% - 10% - 5% - 3%
2) Do a $1 minimium payout for gold members!
Just these 2 points, it will make it much more attractive.

i just purchased the gold
:frown: now i will miss out on the new stuff :frown:

You will not miss out anything. If I am really adding anything new, you will also get it.
But the problem about the stuff suggested by FamilyAffair is that it cannot be automatised unless I modify the script. I am not a programmer and this will be difficult for me.

With a paid ad costing $10, and the gold membership + paid ad costing $15 ~ the cost for free referrals is only $5, which is very good!
I like the double perecentages idea suggested by FA  , and the lower payout too.

So what are you waiting for? Upgrade now! lol
I will upgrade now too if I get a box of ice-cream! Nah... just joking...
Happy April Fool's Day!
Seriously I don't know if the new referrals I get from gold membership will cover my $5 any soon. I will wait for more attractive benefits.
lgwong: Another suggestion is give some commission to gold members for their direct referrals upgrading to gold.
How about holding a 'Contest' to all GetPaidWatch members for suggestion of gold membership other benefits?
Like the saying goes.. 2 brains are better than 1.

No need to wait. A new benefit has been added to gold members.

All members can redeem full balance even when they have earned less than $5. A handling fee of $0.25 will be charged for normal members, but only $0.05 for gold members.

igwong thats heaps better than my suguestions
having a no minimum payout for gold members is really good, hopefully when i get some more money i can upgrade

Actually this no minimum payout is not limited to gold members, but gold members pay a smaller handling fee of $0.05, while a normal members need to pay $0.25.
I still charge the gold members for a handling fee because I don't want to sent money when they have even only a few cents.
