I have 2 referrals but no points from them. If these referrals don't click links will they be removed?
Would like to find out who these people are and why they're not doing anything.

this happens a lot. some people just join a program and don't do anything.
i also have referrals in some of my programs which I paid for who do nothing. doesn't bother me. if they want to waste their time signing up, thats their problem. they're the ones who won't earn anything.
my suggestion: just hunt for new referrals or post in the advertising folder for active referrals.

they are inactive probably cuz they don't have any refs
and you can't request payment til you reach $2.50
the ways things are going...you can click all the links for the next 4 months or 5 months to earn this $2.50 SO they just packed it in
my 4 refs have QUIT on ME and I'm GONNA QUIT soon!
