Okay, I can't get this out of my head! My guess on what it means:
"I work for a company (GPT) for a week, wether it's day or night I don't rest, never turns off the computer. I asked for a cashout but the boss (owner) doesn't answer. Should I name this company (GPT)???"

Perhaps he was deleted (discharged = fired) for clicking a cheat link (there's a good chance he wouldn't have understood what it was). He sent an inquiry to the PO who didn't answer (likely because he had no idea what the question was).
