QUOTE
1. Payments are ready!

We are very pleased (and relieved!) to announce that our first payments
are now available!

If you joined our web site in February it is very possible that you have
received January points and, therefore, payment. This is due to the fact
that we send out our Advertiser?s ads multiple times to meet our 100%
response rate guarantee. You may have received an ad from us that was
ordered before you even joined.

Based on our January point value, our Regular Members were paid $0.008097
per Normal Ad received and our EasyReferrals™ Plan Members received
double that amount - $0.016194 per Normal Ad received. Many Paid-Email
companies out there pay a mere $0.004 per ad. Our ?ERP? Members have just
received over 4 times that amount in January! If you?ve been questioning
the value upgrading, I believe these figures speak for themselves. Visit
the following page to learn more about our ERP upgrade:

To see if you have a balance ready to be claimed, please visit your Vital
Statistics page. You will need to select PayPal or e-gold as your
preferred payment processor and specify your account ID for the one you
select.

2. Advertiser commissions are now available immediately

For those of you that have referred Advertisers to us, your commission
will now be available immediately. You can claim your commission by
visiting your Vital Statistics page. We are working on providing email
notification for when you have received such commission.

3. Inactive Members have been removed

On February 20 we removed 3,300 inactive Members from our database. Many
of you, of course, lost referrals as a result of this. Please remember
that these referrals weren?t doing you any good anyway.

A clean database is better for all parties involved ? us, the Advertisers,
and the Members. We won?t have to deal with as many returned emails as we
get and we won?t have to send out Advertisers ads as often in order to
meet our response guarantee. The Advertisers get a faster and more
consistent response to their ads (and you know happy Advertisers means
more email ads for you!). You, as the Member, will receive more ads since
no emails will be wasted on inactive Members.

4. Our ?Inactive Member? policy

All Members are now required to perform one of three actions each month:
1) respond to a Normal Ad, 2) respond to a QuizAd™, or 3) just simply
login to their account. Since we offer a 100% response guarantee to our
Advertisers it is very important that we remove the inactive Members
monthly.

At the start of each month we will send notices out to those Members that
did not perform one of the three actions during the previous month. To be
absolutely fair to Members that may have been sick or on vacation
(holiday), these notices will be sent out on the 1st, 5th, and 10th of
each month. If the Member still has not at least logged in to their
account by the 15th, their account will be closed on the 16th. This
allows each Member up to 46 days to perform one of the above-required
actions. We believe we are being fair.

5. Clarification of your ERP referral count

Since we performed our database clean up, many ERP Members have questioned
why their ERP referral count shows a number higher than their actual
direct referral count. We would like to clarify what your ERP referral
count actually represents.

Your ERP referral count is meant to be a ?historical counter? showing how
many ERP direct referrals we have assigned to you since upgrading. It is
not meant to be a ?real-time? representation of how many ERP referrals you
currently have. If one of your ERP referrals quits or is terminated your
ERP referral count will not go down but your direct referral count will.

Many of the inactive Members we removed had direct referrals. These
referrals will be reassigned to ERP Members. This will take place over
the next week. Most ERP Members (especially our earlier ones) will see
their direct referral count (and their ERP referral count) rise.

6. Verify your upgrade

If you have upgraded to our ERP Plan, please verify that your account has
actually been upgraded. You can do this by visiting your Vital Statistics
page. Please look under your name. If your account has been upgraded you
will see the phrase ?ERP Member Since? followed by your upgrade date. If
you don?t see this, please reply with proof of your payment and you will
be upgraded manually. For a PayPal payment please send us your
transaction ID. For an e-gold payment please send us the batch number.
Please make sure you also send us your RTW ID number.

It is usually the PayPal payments that cause us the biggest problem. If
an upgrading Member does not click the special ?Continue? link on the
PayPal site after their payment is made, then they never return to the
proper page of our site that executes the actual upgrade. The result is
that we?ve received your payment but your account was never upgraded.

Thank you for taking the time to read this update!

Best Wishes,
