Lotto-Mail is now Payed-Mail.com This move took place at midnight on January 21, 2002. We anticipated this move to be at the beginning of January, but we kept
adding new functions, and attempting to get everything debugged. That is the
reason we haven't sent any Payed-Mail in a few weeks and we are sorry about
