Hello. I just started my new PTR site. Already I have a lot of members have the wrong keywords checked. How long should I give them to change them? Or should I just deleted them now? Or send them an email first? But I don't know what that would do if they have the keywords checked saying the can't read english.
Wrong keywords checked:
Keyword Total Members
Can't Read English 8
Donate All Money Earned To Us 17
I Cheat 8
Me Speak No English 10

I am a PO also, and first, i ask the same thing. It is not easy to delete members....
Me, personnaly, i send an email to all, and ask them to check interests. And in the same email, say to all members if the don't correct, i will delete their account.
If members didn't take care about interests when the sign up, i think they won't take care about the paid email (not cool for advertisers...) and just click, click, click.....
I have now 1,000 members, but i have deleted around 300 members in 1 month and half !!!
When you will have more members, you will not have time to repeat everytime same things...
To be serious and offer quality service to advertisers, you must delete them. It is just my opinion....

I have this same problem.
You delete those who have these checked, inactives, clickers of cheat mail, members with every mail bounced back to you, and I could go on and on and on. You then have members complaining "Where's my downline", "PO stole my downline" and on and on and on.
What's a PO to do? It is a no win situation.
I don't want to upset my honest members by taking away thier downline but alaingraffe is right...

I have given many warnings and will soon begin the deletion process. It makes me really sad though.

many PO's send targeted mails to these members.
For example, if they choose "I cheat", send a series of cheat links to them. 3 clicks and they're out.

You are right !
I have never used targeted email for them !!
It is so simple, that i never think about this way !!
Now i know what i must do.
