The reason for MyECom's downtime for most of yesterday is because someone from China joined the banner exchange and accessed the banner code some 18,000 times every 5 minutes. John (MyECom Owner) emailed them and asked them to remove the code.

However they did not and all the traffic to that site continue to hit MyECom site. Below are the network addresses hitting their site all from china & their is literly no way to keep the server up without totally blocking these IP addresses.

The current networks are now premanently blocked from accessing MyECom website.

Additional OLD news: MyECom has also blocked China people from signing up for new membership but existing China members can stay. :biggrin:
