Did you try writing to the WM? Is your account info correct? Is your payment info correct? There must be a reason in there somewhere. MailingHeaven has been around for quite awhile, and it hasn't lasted because of not paying members. Try to find out first instead of automatically running to the complaints folder

As a member, you should know that payment requests automatically deduct That's why your account shows $5 payout via StormPay, this just shows your that your request went through.

As a member, you should also know that Lan is 4-5 months behind in making payments. The info is right on site and usually an update in the emails

I donated $6+ to her because I got tired of the bs and wanted to quit. I usually at least redeem for ads if it looks as if payment may not ever be made, but she's behind on those too, so didn't see any point.

"$5 Cashout via StormPay you must have 25 cents of personal earni" does not mean you have been payed, it just means that you have requested payout (in this case through stormpay). When your payement is processed you'll see something like "date/stormpay". So yes, you dont have money in your stormpay, 'cause she hasnt payed you yet.

From what you can see from the site Lan is about 5/6 monthes behind with payments, what I can say for sure is that if when your payment turn cames you have reached payout again and requested it you'll be payed that too (that's what appened to me).

Now she raised payout to $25.00. Giving $5.00 back and you have to wait till you get $25.00 to cash out.

What I want to know is what does she mean by Ebay purchaser? I bought a few ad packs that came with referrals. Does that mean I count too? If I don't she can stick it where the sun don't shine. I have had it with this woman. Trust me she says. First Luckyearners blew up in her face and that has never been fixed right since what, going on two years now? I said ok fine everybody screws up. Then she opens Mailing Heaven which seemed to be doing ok so I decided to join. I was quite happy with it but then down the slippery slope we started sliding. Then after whining terribly about how rough things were running two sites she opens yet a third site called PaidRealm. She is so full of it. Already 2 of my referrals that were left from the duds she sold on Ebay are gone now as of tonight.

must say that many members would leave or get mad at me on those
changes. But I would have no other choices for the moment because of many
factors, some of them were my fault and some of them were out of my
control. Now I just think I should have taken those actions long time ago
like some other sites did.

These changes listed below are very important, and it is your own risk
if you do not read them. I am also not going to reply to any questions
which can be found below unless I think I need to answer to them to
help.
Also those will NOT be discussed in any way although I would change
something if there will be good suggestions and idea from members. If you
can not agree with, then your only recourse is unsubscribe from
mailingheaven database which case you will lose all your earnings and
referrals.

I am sure that members who do not agree with those changes will post
nasty words at some forum saying MH is a scam. However, I would like you
to romaine that the way also lets members who decide to stay with MH
lose their benefits. I am not doing this only for my benefits but also
for members who will give MH supports even if I change those. So I really
hope that not many members are going to trash us in any way, anywhere.
And I would be appreciated for the understanding.

REASONS
The facts are that MH is not powerful paid email site any more. I mean
there are many sites that pay more than 1 cent to 10 cent per click,
and of course, they have strong and high clickthru that advertisers need.
I was trying to keep the initial member benefits, low minimum and many
emails. But it is very true that members are not appreciated for less
than 1 cent. And just click then trash the email. The ClickThru of MH
would be around 20% to 25% and the results advertisers get would be so
terribly poor because they have not come back normally except for a few
advertisers.

Even if I work more than 12 hours without personal life, even if I have
already spent more than $4000 from my own pocket, I just think it is
impossible to make current business style as long as there are such
unreasonable sites which offers 2 CENT to ALL = $10 or something. But this
is my choice and I would love to keep MH go on if there are members who
support and enjoy.

Also I would like to sincerely apologize you all before I am going to
list all changes. The biggest problem I have had is always SERVER ISSUES
which I'm still currently experienced. This is definitely my fault that
I have not been able to handle them even if it has made MH in difficult
situation.

All those problems badly made current situation, small sales, low
clickthru, poor results, and bad handling on payment issues. I just need to
fix the situation, and I believe continuing present way would make
things worse and worse. That will surely get members lose their faith.

I hope you all understand or accept those changes. Due to those
changes, I am going to close signup form till we up the new member benefits on
site.

Please read below carefully,



TERMS and MEMBER BENEFITS CHANGES;

1. Required Minimum amount of payout and activities:
Free member : $25.00 required
Gold members and ebay referral or account purchasers : Stay at $5.00
with required 25 cents of personal earnings every $5.00
Member must be active more than 60% as active as their referrals do to
receive referral earnings(Previously 25%)
All inactive members who do not click at least a paid link more than 14
days will be removed and forfeit all prior earnings.
Member must contact us within 14 days if there are any problems such as
not receiving emails.

//// IMPORTANT ////
All payout requests will be refunded to the account if the total
earnings have yet met $25.00 at this moment. This refunding will be done
before 4/20/2004. You will need to request payout when you reach $25.00
again if you are free membership.

Gold members and ebay purchaser's payout requests that were already
made will be paid before 4/30/2004
//// IMPORTANT ////
If you have previously sent support request or emailed me about payout,
you would not get reply because of those changes.


2. Payment term
Free members : within 60 days of the request date, after June 1st, 2004
within 45 days of request date
Gold members and ebay referral or account purchasers : within 20 days
of the request date


3. Member benefits
Referral earnings (cash): 15%-5%-5%-5% (Previously 20%-10%-5%-5%-1%-1%)
Referral earnings (point): 25%-10%-10%-5%-5% (Previously
5%-5%-3%-3%-1%-1%)

All paid email link will be at least 1 CENT value or MORE per link
There will be also POINT value link = cash convert/$0.0025=1 point OR
use for advertising $0.01=1 point

To convert point to cash, you are at least required to accumulate
1000points.


4. Pending advertising redemptions
Here are about 150 requests for 1/4 cent shared ad. Those will be setup
within 10 days, however, there will be 3 advertising on same email to
consume the number of orders.

If you have previously sent support request or emailed me about your
redemption, you would not get reply because it is answered above.


5. Redemption center
As soon as we complete all things that are listed above, we will get
the redemption center with the new advertising rate and payout rate. If
it is smoothly done, it should be back to normal on 4/20/2004 OR as soon
as we get pending redemptions done.


6. Terms changes
We will update terms to be accorded with those changes. And also from
now on, any posting derogatory and/or slanderous statements and/or
portraying a negative image about MailingHeaven.com will be the reason of
the account termination without warning.


7. Server configuration and about other sites we own(LuckyEarners and
PaidRealm)
My programmer is currently working on his own project and would have no
time for next two weeks to work on my sites dedicatedly. However, he
promised that he will work on to configure server to let me send more
emails, complete new scripts, upgrade LuckyEarners and PaidRealm to the
new script after that. Actually, he kindly has spent his time for almost
nothing and I cannot force him to work at this moment because he has
his job and has to make his life for his family also.
So here are the steps that I have confirmed with him scheduling.
-- We will configure server to send more emails before end of month to
make sure we can consume advertising orders first.
-- We will make sure the new scripts are okay, and upgrade PaidRealm
first because it is easier one than LuckyEarners. I am hoping that he has
time to work on those upgrades around this end of month or first week
of April.



As we listed and explained above, those things would be taken care of
before 4/20/2004 hopefully. After that, we will offer new advertising
rate, redemptions and you all will get at least 1 cent per link.

I understand! I understand that any PO that delays payment and thens ups it without reason is a thief, a cheat, and a liar. Scam isn't even close to being a strong enough word for what mailingheaven and all the rest of your programs have become. I hope anyone who has purchased anything asks for an immediate refund if the click though rate was 25% after this I would be surprised if it's 5%, heck I'll be surprised if anyone stays. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me, Come people, don't shame yourselves for a few pennies you'll never see send Lan a message loud and clear dump her like you would any other garbage.

I sure am glad I chose to quit MH on 4/5 even though I lost out on approx. $6. With these changes, I would have lost my earnings anyway because I sure wouldn't have stayed on had I not already quit.

I got deleted back in Nov right after I requested payout. I also lost $25 payout from Lucky Earners. Lan has no idea how to run a PTR program, if she did, she wouldn't be so far behind and Lucky Earners members would not have lost all earnings...there should have been a backup. I advise all to stay away from Lan's programs.

I'm sorry to keep commenting on the LE thing, but I can't seem to stop...I feel bitter! I TRUSTED her and now to read all these continued sob stories of how tired she is and the sites are like her children or something, and everyone is working 34 hours a day to the exclusion of everything--well, let's just say I ain't falling for that line of goo anymore. I had a nice downline at one point, got some of ebay, promoted, the ones from ebay, got all deleted one by one. After the mail came out with all the changes, I checked my account, and half my downline was gone.
I have been waiting for payout too since early Nov, and today I unsubbed.

I have to agree with all of you! There are so many people waiting for payout at MH and then what happens?????? UP S the payout. I tell ya it's these tpyes of WM'S that gives the PTR world a bad name.......I will be deleting my acct as well. The only thing I don't like about this whole thing, is that there are 4 sites owned and run by the same person/persons, and now they say that the menbers that have the $25 will be paid within 45 days....HOW?????????? LAN YOU BROKE YOUR OWN NEW TOS ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!! You stated that those who were over $25 would be paid. The ###### money was restored to my account not paid to me. Your account balance after all transactions $27.5143. The amount is only like $.02 more than it was on the date you changed your tos. It really sucks cause I really need the money. Things are not going well for me and that hard earned money would be handy to keep my phone on.

I logged on to check my account and somehow my earnings dropped down under $25.00!!! I wasn't paid anything at all either. Did anyone else notice their earnings suddenly drop? Also no one quit my downline so that isn't the reason.
