should we start charging people for every little whiner that wants to sit there complain about advertisers paying for ads. If it wasn't for them you would not get paid.

To let you all know he paid to have a tracker on his ad! So if you want to gripe , gripe! You had a choice to click it. If you don't want to click it than don't but please support advertisers because for 1 he's been paying your butts all week! He has 7 + more ads so I don't want to hear it.

If you don't work for nothing (than get off the list by unsubscribing)

To let you all know I run Tombmailer for fun and am not making a profit from doing , I lose money. (so I guess I'm working for nothing) Because I give it all to you guys. You guys just take things way too serious in life. You need to relax and have fun because that's what I'm here for.

and to make you even madder here's his ad again if you don't want to click it than don't but he paid for whole week and he will get the best promotion!

If you want to Gripe about my advertisers than unsubscribe yourself, If you want to whine about being on Tombmailer and have to send me a letter for to unsubscribe than you wasting your time. If you know how to sign up , than you know how to unsubscribe. You can do at the website by putting in your email address in the part where it says EMAIL than go 2 blocks over you see ACTION click than scroll till you see UNSUBSCRIBE. OMG you have 1 more step left you might break a finger doing so slowly click the SUBMIT button and guess what your done! You don't have to a rocket scientist with a 4.0 average to figure that out!

I too have recd. some very harsh emails and do not understand what she is talking about, anyway if te owner is doing this for fun then I would hate to see what not fun is, seems like alot of anger

She's just frustrated guys! Just think, readers get one email from her, but she gets hundreds of emails from readers. It gets rough sometimes... We get all sorts of nastygrams and it gets on you after a while and POOF it overflows...

Rhea is a great person and just needed to vent some steam, I think.

As do we all, which is why we are on the forum, eh? :wink:

I can understand how she might be frustrated with all the emails people send - some are down right nasty and stupid.

But I believe she should try to address them directly in a calm & tactful manner. If not, just unsubscribing them (if that's what the person wants) and delete their nasty email.

Sending out an email like that to all the members is going to set a bad feeling with the honest and grateful members.

Most of mine are fairly nice, but some have sent a few flaming emails.

However, I don't understand why people sign up if they don't understand what a GPTREM program is about!

Well, when I started a couple months ago I had no clue what it was all about. The learning curve has been mighty steep, let me tell you!

I also think that there's room for all styles of webmasters. I myself annoy some people with my sense of humor. Heck, I annoy myself with it sometimes. But that is what my PTRE is about - sending out advertising for people to read, but enjoy it while they are at it. If they don't enjoy it, why then, they can unsubscribe. But for those who are rude enough to send me a flaming email... well... let's just say that I love constructive criticism, but you should never be rude to someone with a several thousand member mailing list. :biggrin:

yes i will admit i came down harsh, but I decided instead of doing it that way and listening to the members , I decided to dish it back to them by the complaints and praises...My nasty grams have died :smile: so I guess I smacked some sense into the one that complained he "he don't work for nothing" and he was talking about the advertiser that paid for a full week. :smile: so i'm sorry if you guy/gals thought it was towards you , it wasn't it was towards the people that sit there and are ungrateful because they didn't get a paid ad..Hope you will forgive me.

No forgiveness needed. I love the e-mails and get a kick out of reading them! And I understand how you could get fed up with ungrateful chumps who want something for nothing. Keep up the GREAT work Rhea!
Oh, I especially liked the e-mail about your noisy neighbors. How about a trade? I'll give you my apartment and you can listen to the woman in the apartment above me with 3 kids, aged 6 and under who think jumping off the furniture is a sport and they love doing it for HOURS!..ughhhh
My daughter gets even with them by turning her "Korn" CD on full blast..*LOL* But I don't know which is worse, the kids or the Korn :eek:
PS-I like the new timer on the ads too!! :smile:

I like the new timer also, but i'm getting emails like why is my email address showing in the emails hehehe i think they think i'm blastering thier email to 10,700 people lol! too funny.. I'm not like that and i wouldn't give out your email addresses.

Tomb Mailer has to be one of the coolest things out there! I actually do more than just 'scan for the links' when I read them. There are too many people out there that think they will make a million bucks from emails, to bad they won't be around the 30,000 plus years it would take!

To all you GPTR webmasters out there don't take no crap from whiners, and don't let them bother you they are just trolls with nothing better to do than whine!
