I certainly wouldn't call t Gimmemail crappy.

Criton runs this site very well and always informs his members about things.

It is also a great site to advertise, very good respons and clickthru.

This is one of the better PTR sites around.

I do not agree.

If you click all the links Criton sends, the $ 6.00 is easy to reach.

Okay there are some searches, but it is not impossible to reach payout, even without refs.

I have 0 refs. in this small program and it took me forever to reach where I am at now and I am still .15c away from payout. ( and I clicked every email sent even search ones and the PTC when I could remember)

But I do believe the WM will pay I think he is just having problems right now.?

I dont think you are right there...I am not to big a fan of this site...I joiend and was able to reach payout took sometime but mainly cause I finally got a referral who earned me like 35 cents but quit becuase he realized it would be impossible to reach. If you joined the program now I don't think you can reach it and I havent seen any emails in a while and only those few small ptc which takes you like a week to earn one cent.....Im waiting on my payout but I am not sure if I will ever see it espically if some of you are waiting form december....

yea I agree I wouldnt recommend joining....I have like $8 and been waiting like 2 months...but I put in request like 3 months ago took a month beofre I was told ti went it

i have been working for it 1 year since joining and never got paid
requested at Nov,2003 first time and then waiting...

this went down as we changed to a 30 day inactivity from a 60 day inactivity. advertisers weren't happy with responses.

see - try and keep advertisers happy - members complain that we are deleting members for no reason.

try and keep members happy by giving them a 60 day inactivity rule - and advertisers complain with click-thru rate.

it is hard to please all and i know sometimes as a non-WM it is hard to understand

well FYI, the ENTIRE PTR industry has gone "downhill". look back - there are many more sites then there was, there are many more scams then there was, so more complaints and less praises.

gimme is not having a good run, i am NOT disputing that. but just because MY goal is to get gimme back to where it was like how it was in the "good old days", then why can't i? at LEAST i am here with faith that it will! and if it takes me a little time to get the help i need to do this, then so be it - but i am not running off!

so i refuse to change the TOS - not exactly. as stated i have a goal to get it the way it was so that is why it says what it does. i update members constantly on payouts and am doing the absolute best i can. call me what you want.

Criton, I read your post in the other thread and I hope everything works out for you. I admire the fact that you aren't giving up and that you're working to get your programs back on track.

There ain't no doubt that the whole PTR has had problems in the last 12 - 18 months. A LOT of programs have come and gone, and the number of scammers, and the number of members who are happy to work with the scammers, seems to be increasing every day.

Too many people, members and owners, act like its all just a game -- and that's really sad. Because I think with some work -- ok, a LOT of work -- PTR could be a lot more profitable for everybody.

But for that to happen, there have got to be some changes. First of all, we need to get rid of all the bent members who think this is all some kind of "get rich quick" game and who will do anything and everything they can to make as much money as they can, as fast as they can. They're doing a lot of damage, and we're all letting them by making the business so attractive to them.

And the other thing that has to happen, is that owners have got to start running PTRs as legal, legitimate businesses. I believe in your other post you claim that you do -- you even have an ABN. I think that's really cool, and I wish more owners would follow your example.

But here's the thing (you knew that was coming, didn't you?). You've got your PTR set up as part of your business, but you require anybody who wants to be a member to agree to a Terms of Service that would never stand up as a legal contract in any court in Australia. And then you admit to the fact that you, as the owner of the program, are in violation of that agreement.

Does that sound like good business to you?

Thanks Criton for coming on and addressing the issue. I think that is all most of us really need....besides our money! LOL.

I know it would be really tough. Understand though, that it is tough for us too! Most of us who click click click away, do so because we need the little money we get to do this! I doubt if very many people do this who actually have enough money that they don't need every penny they earn! As for me, I have been disabled for five years, and I rely on these small payments to pay my own small bills. No, don't laugh...my husband appreciates it! so when pay-out doesn't come....and doesn't come....and you fear asking about it because you were threatened with your money being cut just for asking....it's a little frustrating. It's just $10, but it's MY $10. You know what I mean?

I also kind of looked everywhere I could for payment updates - the home page, my recent emails, but couldn't find any, so that is when I usually come to the forum. Like I said, I was surprised that you hadn't addressed this problem on this thread, because whenever I have read anything about "Gimme Mail", "Criton" was always there participating. Thanks for the participation :-)

Just out of curiousity (because I requested the same day), are you egold or paypal?? Do you have lots in your downlines, or perhaps many years with this site? I thought perhaps seniority might take precedence.

I'm paypal, so I don't have those egold worries others do.

I'm not trying to nitpick, or be upset---I'm afraid if I am I'll be deleted for badmouthing someone or something. I would just like to know where I stand here, and if 125 days is now the payout time, or is it still 60 days, as everyone is talking about, or 30 days like it said in my email.

It does say Criton has my request (down under my credit/debit area), but in case anything happens to that, I still have my email from the redemption if it's ever needed...just let me know.

Criton pays the entire balance at the time of paying. I had around $6+ when I requested payment sometime in January. He paid me in April the entire amount I had in my account ($12+).
