Asked for a redemption about two weeks ago, no any response.
When I am goint to contact them via their "contact us" in their website, the email was just bounced as following:

"
A message that you sent contained no recipient addresses, and therefore no delivery could be attempted.
"

I also noticed that there seemed many their own "DreamSearch" mails, but where is my redemption and where are the DreamStar Guys!

They have deliberately removed the email address the contact form is to send to.

Try the following email addresses:

webmaster@
support@
redemption@
admin@

Or

PM FSS3689 on this very forum since he seems to know the owner quite well

The owner is mashimaro who is also a member here, so you could PM him directly.

No idea, prob to stop people from using the contact form to contact them. But if you want to stop people from using the contact form you just put up a simple message informing people to contact them via the below email addresses and have those you want them to use listed.
