They hope for their adjustments to make each point worth between 1/2 and 1 cent

Also this month they will be giving the point value for October. This will be listed soon. Then we'll all have a good idea of waht horizon surfer can afford :ph34r:

Yippee! been waiting for the surfbar; not happy with Degoo. Thought they'd pay more than they do. my fault, I originally thought the payout was over a dollar. lol. silly me.

Does anyone know what happened to the site? It has been down all day.

I was wondering about that myself. It vanished last night and hasn't been back since. Any ideas??

Yeah, two theories:

1/ they've run away and scammed us out of... $0 because they had no advertisers.

2/ they got shut down by their hosting company - when you go to horizonsurfer.com it takes you to a account.suspended URL which forwards you to Page Not Found.

Probability both. I did not see any effort on their part to attract advertisers. Oh well. Just one of many programs that fail.

Hope he can get it straight soon. At this point, I don't care what the points are worth;(well, unless 500 are worth a penny) would like to see him get back online.

The owner said to me that he have problems with the hosting company...
I''m happy with Degoo now, just bought an account with over 300 refs .

Does he plan on making a come back?
