Hi,

Well, my mother is looking for something to do on the net so since I'm a member of this forum I was wonderring if you could help me, actually I'm looking for good programs to join that pay via PayPal. I already heard of Mec-co and my mother got $3 already smile.gif So, is there any other programs like mec-co that pay and you can make the money fast (they send a lot of emails per day for example), if you recommend some please add an URL or link so I can join there biggrin.gif

Thank you.

I agree, I think the rule about not referring people to your signature is a bit silly.

sorry, it's not my rule. I was just trying to warn you before a mod removed it. just trying to help.

oh well, we live and learn. I don't disagree with the rule btw.

if someone requests links the only thing we can do is PM them or submit a post that says "PM me if you want a ref link".

anything else is pretty much considered spam.

definaely wasnt taking it against you cash.....it just seems so absurd to me....and btw i think asking people to pm u is also spam......personally i just dont get it....if someone asks any type of question, one helps.....one specifically asked for ref links.....thus ref links is what he should get!!

Helping is fine....spamming is NOT....the rules haven't changed about putting ref links in your posts and/or referring to your signature since I joined over a year ago.

Those who choose to ignore the rules will facing losing their posting rights and banning if they continue to ignores those rules.

We mods don't make the rules...we just make sure they are followed. They are there for a reason. wink.gif

I am not blaming anyone I am just syaing its a riduclous rule.

He has asked for links....then he should be given LINKS....NOT anything else.

If I ask someone to give me a pen.....I dont expect a pencil...I want a pen....

This is the same...if i decide to open a thread asking everyone to give me there ref link to join under them I SHOULD be allowed to do so.....whoever doesnt want to see it need not open the thread!

This does not go to say that any rule makes sence....I will follow it.....but it certainly doesnt make sence that I cant get what I specifically asked for in a thread!!!

well if u want to get technical the op did not ask for any referral links they just asked for the url of the site which you can give them the main url of the site as long as your are not affiliated with the site.

QUOTE
if you recommend some please add an URL or link so I can join there

For instance I can say my site's name but I can't give the url because that is like giving a referral link since I own the site. The rules are very specific that referral links or referencing to your signature is not allowed. Therefore even if someone says give me your referral link you can not post it in the forum because the other 3,000+ members didn't ask for your referral link therefore your spamming all of them. If someone specifically states that they want your referral link and it's clear on that then you can pm them with the link or you can mention to them that they can pm you if they want your referral link.

quoted from the rules:

QUOTE
There should not be any promotion or referral links in the message body, except in the advertising folders. Members are allowed to post a URL in the message body, but the member cannot be in any way affiliated with the destination site to do this. Posting a note asking others to refer to a link in your signature, other threads which are advertising in nature or PM/email you for more information are also prohibited.
There should be no SPAM sent thru PM to other members of the forum.
CashIndustries
thanks for clearing that up Tipsy.

But did I read that correctly saying I cannot put "PM me for links" or "PM me for more information" in my posts?

How is that spamming? If people want the links they PM me and I reply. I don't PM them without it being requested.

Does this mean we cannot send ANY ref links in PM's PERIOD, FOR ANY REASON???

No if someone wants links u can mention in your post that they can pm you for referral links this is not spam because then you are giving the op the option to pm or ignore you.

Now the rule that mentions no posting pm's is this. You can't start a thread giving information about a site and then say pm me for more information that is consider the same as advertisement/promotion and is considered spam smile.gif

hope that clears that up smile.gif Tipsy
CashIndustries
Excellent!

Thanks again Tipsy!!!

Carefull Matrix
I suppose you stay with your mother , In this case you cannot join majority of the programs as they clearly specify that only one user per household
In this case you are breaking their TOS and can cost both yours and your mothers account
