As a new webmaster and owner of a PTC program i do not know all of the rules and regulations! I never saw these complaints about my program till right know!
i Am trying to solve everything that is wrong . AT the moment i changed the cashout page because of all the complaints and the webmaster and owner of tropical mails DIDNT LIKE IT MUCH! SORRY!!

!!! I am changing the prices on links and advertising to fit all the right prices. So please be aware of the changes going on ! payouts will still go out and the homepage will be fixed because the member counting and payout doesnt seem to work right !.!!
