Everyone knows what the current advertising rates are. At 4c or even 2c per paid email, I don't know why people expected things to be any different.

The old owner was a liar
I think he closed the site because he realized he can't cheat us anymore

The new owners said they would be launching the site on May-1st

This will be good for WePaid, if the members come back with the new owner, they'll see its not a scam anymore.
