I need some help from anyone in the know on this.

I use a 5 digit number for my ID on several GPTRE sites. Last night, I noticed that all my points earned went to zero. My cash earnings were unaffected, but all my points and my ref points went to zero.

I am not mad at the site owners as it is not site specific. The programs that were hit for me were KeyEmail, HippieChicks, MoneyForAll, PaidMailInc, and GoldenTools. I believe these are all CashCrusader script sites.

I was not hit with this problem at crusader sites where my ID is not a number, so that's why I brought it up.

Any ideas?

Hi hon, what is your user name on key-email?
John just installed a "convert all points" script, but we do not use it, so that is not the case with us. As far as I can see all points are still there and NOT converted but will check your account for you aa.gif

Yeah well I just did use it ad.gif

The point value was to the earnings I had earned, and the point value is going to brown alot of people off, but its what was actually earned.

I'll let you know how the conversion went. Some people are going to want to kill me.

My ID is 20761 on KeyEmail. I really wasn't looking for an individual program fix. Since it happened to me on multiple program, I had an inclination that there was a bug in the program. Could you approach John with this issue, as I'm afraid if it happened once, it will happen again.

Yes, it seems users whose ID are only digits lost all point earnings.
I personally have an account (ID is only digit) to monitor paid mails and so on. Then I have noticed all the points have gone as well.

I asked John to fix this prob, and he manually added lost points to each account.

I hope it never happens.....

I suspected the number ID was the problem.
