Stonediver (who run search engines such as Searchtimes) could have ripped off CAC webmasters up to $50,000.
They have enforced a new rule, stating that CAC webmasters may have an account with only one stonediver search engine's affiliate program.
Many CAC sites run paid searches, and their accounts have been closed.
How will they be able to subsidise these losses?

This is for everyone.... Not just CAC sites.
Correct, it's anyone with more than one stonediver account.
However, CAC webmasters will lose out badly on this, so it was reported from a 'get paid' perspective.

Not to sound like a supporter for the search engines but how can you have more than one account with a search engine if you don't let have memebers have more than one account with your email programs? just a thought....

Oh yeah I just remebered, I reported Stone diver to the Ad council a while back for altering thier banners, there were a few Ad Council banners (you know the ones that promote gun locks, saying no to drugs and stuff like that) that were linked to creditcard apps and stuff like that, I am not sure they did anything about it but if you want to get back at them for scamming you that would be a good start.

Misleading links are just sleazy. I hate those.
