Almost any site using the AMCS scripts will be mostly paid to click and usually fairly acceptable moneywise. Some of them send paid mail, too. Some of the more wellknown ones are money-snake, gbamoney, cashcauldron, and there are a bunch more. I think the Tipago club promotes these programs exclusively, so you might want to look in on their referral system if you are thinking of trying these sites out.
