Full Version: Do you believe in astrology ?
I am not really that into astrology but I do look at my daily horoscope online at this site: http://stars.metawire.com. Lately the forecasts for me have been really accurate. I'm just curious as to how many others read their horoscopes daily and have had this experience at one time or another. Thanks !

Yeah, mine says for me to say less and do more right now, too. I guess I don't need to miss any good opportunities to shut up !

Well, I think that there is truth out there.
Not, not X files
And no need to call Moo-der 
I mean there are some facts that make sense.
For example, that's proved that first sensations a baby have -even before he is born!- influence him. Music, ambient, etc.
So it is easy to understand that climatic facts influence him as well. Being born in a hot summer does not seem the same as being born in a cold cold winter.
I do not think that has anything to do with celestial figures or anything like that.
But antique people tried to explain everything with the avaliable science, and biology was not as avanced as astronomy, so it makes sense that they created astrology.
Anyway I do not think they can predict my future.
I think I choose my future and it has nothing to do with the year, day or hour I was born.

I most definalteky believe in astrology and my daily stars have always been accurate, uncannily so. The latest one was yesterday when it said I had to move something, I did, a coke machine and it was yesterday. They have helped me over the years. Also there is something about Jupiter coming in your sign every 12 years where you have a great period of financial luck and expansion. Well I noticed that very much, I have been around long enough to have that 3 times, each 12 years I had a great period of opportunities, chances to buy property (which I didnt do because we had NO idea that it would increase in price so much). successful business and money coming in. Yes they were almost the only times I had success and I have just been thru one of those periods. Someone gave me 20,000, etc etc. I really believe in this.

I'm sure you'll find - that if you dig deep enough - they are all generic enough to suit you - no matter which you pick.
Try it this way - in tomorrow's paper / web page - read any one at random before you read your own - then think !!!

I believe in astrology, but I think the horoscopes are a load of bull. I'm a typical Pisces and find that most people fit quite well into their star signs, but horoscopes, as surfjunky says, are so vague, they could easily ALL be valid in your situation!

That's more or less what I said.
I've realized that I have more in common with people who were born closer in dates, than with others that were born in mid-summer or so.

Capricorns are unique.
Even our hands don't follow the normal rule:
water signs: long and narrow
fire signs: short and narrow (i.e. small)
air signs: long with square palms (i.e. BIG)
earth signs: short and broad - but Capricorns' hands don't seem to follow any rules

I have an astrology program, that calculate my daily horoscope with all details of the day I was born. You can't just go after your birth sign, you must watch all the elements of your birth horoscope...
By the way I'm Aquarius with ascendent Sagittarius
and another tip: don't buy such silly cheap horoscopes online...these aren't really horoscopes...

depends how they are grouped...
My sources are just normal newspapers and magazines. I have bought the odd astrology magazine and there is a racing system by Steven Archer I wanted to try. I am absolutely certain there is something to it. One day I will ask someone when those Jupiter years were because I just not long went thru one of these beneficial periods it must have been recently, up to 2 years ago. approx

But Pisces is an unique group because it is the only one group that groups unique people that cannot be grouped in any other group as they are not unique enough.

I read mine occasionally and I've read a few books about it. My perfect mate is a Taurus. Libra and I would never work out (My ex is a Libra)
