One question, how can they afford to do this unless they reject most of them and just choose maybe one or two a month?

BuildReferral Owner used to join under the 1st person who referred the new program to them. The referrer usually ends up earning some hundred dollars due to BuildReferral Owner's ability to get tons of referrals, etc which earn them alot money.

Now they decides to change their policy, nothing suprising to me.
