Italian members are reportedly having trouble logging in, as well as earning ipoints etc.

To clue you in, ipoints used to be one of the best programs, especially for the UK/European users. However, now they have gone downhill of sorts, not responding to e-mails at all, and phone conversations are generally short and unhelpful.
