Just received this, a notice similar is posted on the actual Peer program:

'Thank you for being a Porivo PEER!

We recently received a notification from PayPal that many of the payments we
sent to non-US PEERs on 11/2/01 were returned to us. Those effected had not
manually gone into their PayPal account to "Accept" the payment. PayPal has
made this a requirement for all non-US users. So, please be sure to accept
your Porivo payments within 30 days, otherwise, these payments will be
returned to Porivo. Although the Terms of Service (found at
http://www.porivo.com/peernetwork/jsp/terms.jsp) clearly state that we are
not required to resend unclaimed payments, we want to make every effort to
get these funds to you.

If you were among the cancelled payment notifications we received,
**** we will resend your payment on 1/10/02 ****
Be sure to login to your Paypal account to accept this payment before the
end of January 2002.

Additionally, please verify that the e-mail address located in your Porivo
account is the same as the e-mail address in your PayPal account. Otherwise,
your payments will not post. You can view your information by logging in to
your Porivo account at https://www.porivo.com/peernetwork/jsp/login.jsp.
