In recent weeks there has been a chain of events that has prompted a immediate
reaction in the past few days. For the continued success of the McCrawMail
program a temporary freeze in payments is required. Also a disturbing trend in
participation in the program requires a permanent change in the terms of

The first event is huge growth ! There are some members with thousands of people
in their downlines and they are earning decent money for a program that only
pays pennies for each email. The recent record of earnings is about $35 in a
week by several members every week. Not bad for a program that has only had a
total of 60 cents in possible earnings. Outstanding work folks keep it up.
This growth has doubled the amount of payments that should have been made
yesterday from the previous week. Many members have been sending email wondering
where is cash?
The process for making payments is going through some changes discussed at
GPTboycott.com that many other members and myself have been taking part in. The
best idea to come out of it was only paying verified Pay Pal members and double
checking their identity by sending a penny to them so people that have several
email addresses connected to the same account can be discovered and thus not
paid. This has been implemented and several of you have been sent these
verifying payments to get you set for your first payment.
When I started doing my other verifying and investigations that I do. What I
found was large blocks 10, 20, up to 50 shared IP addresses. For me to give
these people payment I have to do a lot of double checking which is taking up
more time with the larger amount of people I must check out. So much that I had
only verified 33% of the members that had earned a payment by Tuesday night.
The time required to accomplish this verification process is now beyond my
personal resources. I have to seek another method to verify members to assure
that cheaters are not paid. Additionally these investigations are robbing
valuable time that I could be spending on marketing, replying to your emailed
questions, and site improvements.
So when I woke up this morning after only 4 hours of sleep in the past few days
I knew drastic action had to be taken. What is really needed is a site upgrade
that will not allow anyone to have more than one account per computer. The only
way this can happen is through hiring a programmer to rewrite the programs that
make the site run. This is a very expensive undertaking as a good programmer is
$20-60 an hour. Additionally finding a good programmer that can take your work
immediately is also a challenge as most are booked solid with work.
I have done some research today on finding a solution for this problem and I
have a couple of possible prospects. But to get started these guys are telling
me that the upgrade will cost a minimum of $500 and could take weeks to get done
because they are all booked up with work. It really angry that the folks at
Create A Click who sold me this site have left this huge hole in security that I
have to fix now at my own additional expense.
Due to these facts it is my decision to freeze all payments until a permanent
solution can be found and implemented. I?m sick and tired of the investigations
I have to do and the time it is costing me. Not to mention the good people I may
be deleting because of the flawed system that was provided with the site. It is
now turning out to be money we are loosing because of my inability to market our
services to businesses outside of the get paid to or business opportunity
community. My ultimate goal with this program is to
provide advertising services for any business anywhere in the world in several
languages. The current website needs these upgrades now or future growth will be
compromised. I?ve put in too many 12 and 18 hour days since launch to give up
now.
The current membership base is over 11,300 members. I guarantee to advertisers
that buy 1 cent and above ads 5,000 hits. Since the server move on the 18th of
February click through rates have dropped considerably. This is putting a strain
on ad revenues because right now I have 19 ads that are waiting to reach 5,000
hits. It is also affecting the ClickCash contest because more people are
qualified for the prizes so the pool must be divided between more members. So
sponsors that would be buying a new ad are not because the first ad has not
reached 5,000 hits. That is why the ClickCash page was created last week to get
these click through rates up to what they
should be. They are rising slowly. The best ad right now has only 38% of the
membership clicked through. Some of these ads are over 3 weeks old. With this
level of participation from the membership it will be difficult to sell ad space
in the future and to raise rates to a level which is needed to pay for the new
members that will earn payment in the future.
Effective immediately to receive cash payment you must have a minimum of 45
cents in personal clicked earnings. If you are not clicking on the ads and
providing this participation level in the program then I feel you don?t deserve
to be paid in cash until you do. When was the last time you got pay for not done
work you agreed to do? The 30% that are doing 100% of the work need 100% of the
pay. That is what is fair. If we are not providing the service that we are hired
to do then we will not be considered in the future by customers that feel they
have been cheated because of slow response. Even a brand new person that joins
today can go to the clickcash page and earn over 48 cents
in earnings in less than 20 minutes. This is very easy you just have to do it.
If you don?t you will not be paid in the future unless you meet the minimum
participation requirement.
Folks you are part of a outstanding program that has the potential to blow away
any paid program you have ever been involved with. When I created this program I
knew it would have to be above the competition to even get noticed with Create A
Click selling a new website like this almost every day. McCrawMail right now has
more members than most CAC site 2-4 times older. We are on a fast track for
continued growth and I hope you will respect my decision to fix these problems
now. If I can afford it I would like to have the programmer build some features
that will keep us above any CAC site no matter what there size or age.

I am embarrassed that payments could not be made yesterday. I hope that you will
understand that the money that is being held in reserve for these desperately
need improvements will benefit all of us much more than the immediate
gratification of getting a pay check today. I have the honor, courage,
commitment, and vision to make us all successful. Please be patient as we go
through this improvement stage that could take up to a month. As soon as funding
for these improvements has been secured payments will resume on a first come
first served basis from your previously submited requests.
