For anyone a member of Five Stars, they're raising the PO. What I can't believe is the amount they're raising it...from $25 to $75. I'm sorry...that's just not right. Oh well, I'm just glad it's relatively new and I didn't have too much in earnings yet cause I think I'm outta there.

That is the way to go; get out now. I am not a member but when programs I was in raised payouts, it usually meant they were buying more time, by increasing payouts, to not pay out members who had reached the lower payout.
Which is another way of saying they likely do not have the money to pay members with the lower payout.
What will happen when the new higher payout is reached? The amount to be paid to members that are still there will be a lot more.
That is usually when the site goes under; gets sold or goes to redeem for ads or just plain disappears.
Leaving now is the best thing you can do or you will really feel disappointed later on.
