I've watched it a couple of times, but its a bit confusing cause they have so many different charchters.

I do believe it is Lesbion becaue its about Lesbions.

I think it is portrayed so much better than Queer as Folk. That show just seems to be all about sex and seems too unreal. The actors don't even act that well.

well I have watched The L Word a couple of times and that was enough for me. Its WAY too unrealistic for my taste...NO lesbians I know act like that or look like that either for that matter..lol Well except the one that is actually played by a male actor...lol. No seriously the women are just way too prissy then any lesbians I know. Did these producers or whatever go to the average lesbian bar before they decided to make this show? I dont think so because "lipstick" lesbians are of the minority not the majority IMHO
Maybe they look and act like that in CA but not in any state I ever lived in

In the Orange County and Los Angeles areas there are a lot of dipstick lesbians. There are very few who look like Shane.
Anyways I found a really cool forum that talks about the show. Stay out of the discussions on ER if you watch that show. I went in there last night and it spoiled the rest of the season for me.

I believe it starts this week here in adelaide (sth australia). I'll check it out and see what it's like. I love QAF (who cares if it's unrealistic, i hate reality shows) so it'll be interesting to see what the L word is like.
