IPTL wants to deliver as much percentage of money owned to members on Oct 25, thus they thought of ideas to encourage members to use their money for 3 other purposes rather than cash.

Members have the chance to vote 1 out of 4 options for what they want to do with their funds and email it to them by end of Oct 24, if no vote is recieved, the default will be option 4 which is recieve partial payment by PayPal.

Remember.. must have $100+ to get paid.

QUOTE
You are receiving this email because you are qualified for a cash payment
on October 25. We want to be clear and thorough, so please take the time
to read over this lengthy email carefully and then respond to it.

It was sincerely our hope to be able to deliver 100% of all cash balances
to all payment-qualified IPTL members on October 25th as the result of
some new anticipated IPTL capital investment. However, things have not
developed as yet as we had hoped in this regard, though we have an
expectation that such plans will come to fruition within the coming weeks.
We are still diligently working on that prospect, but in the meantime we
want to give you the straight story as to our current status and the
options that you are now offered to consider.

First we want to emphasize that things have been looking up for IPTL
lately, so there is good hope afloat. Revenue is beginning to increase
starting with a turn-around trend in September. Positive cash-flow is just
beginning to show itself after a long, long negative trend, so our cash
position is still very tight while we keep that positive margin growing on
an upward trend. This

As we announced in our new policies, we will distribute as much of each
cash payment each month as we can, with the goal being 100%. The amount
available for cash distribution depends on the revenue from the prior
calendar month, and, as we said, September was definitely in the right
direction, but it just broke into the positive column by a few thousand
dollars.

Frankly, it is very costly and time-consuming to deliver cash payments to
members, so if the amount we have available at this time to send is not
very much when proportioned out to each payment-qualified member, it
becomes less expensive for IPTL, and probably better for each member, to
take a benefit for waiting for another month, or else take advantage of
some extremely good offers we can make available now exclusively for
payment-qualified members.

So, we want to give each of you the option of choosing which way to go
this month.

Here are your 4 options available to you at this time?

1)     Let your cash balance remain in your account, and thereby grant IPTL
permission to add 5% to your cash balance as compensation for holding off
receiving a payment for another month.  (5% per month compensation is
equal to 60% per annum on your cash.)  We may be able to pay a good
portion, or even all of your cash on November 25, but that remains yet to
be determined.

2)     Trade your entire cash balance in now for a special "Purchase Credit
Account" (PCA) that is good for TWICE your cash balance to spend via IPTL.
This special PCA has no expiration date, and it may be used for purchases
through IPTL only. You will be able to use your PCA at any time you wish
to purchase anything or any combination of things IPTL offers on its site
at any time within the following categories:  Gold Membership or
extensions, guaranteed AADRs, advertising and messaging on IPTL, or
anything in the IPTL Store of over 3000 items which will be coming online
within a matter of days.

3)     Trade some or all of your cash balance right now for a banner ad
account worth TRIPLE the amount of cash you decide to trade in at this
time. You may use this banner ad account at any time without expiration to
purchase banner advertising offered on or through IPTL. So you will be
able to buy 3 times the banner advertising that you normally could for the
cash you trade in now. If you take this trade-in option, you do not have
to trade-in all of your current cash balance for this offer, but whatever
remains of your cash balance will not qualify for any payment on October
25.

4)     Take a proportional cash payment at this time as promised, even if the
amount of the payment may not be very large this month.

WHAT TO DO?

Please look over the four following options that you have at this time,
and choose just one of them and respond to IPTL by the end of the day on
October 24 (midnight EST) as instructed. Do not try to combine of any of
these options. You may choose only one of the options.

Then, simply email us back at this special return email address from which
this email was sent:

options@itpaystolearn.com

and be sure to put your IPTL Member ID and the word "Option" and then the
number of the option that you select in the subject line as follows
(Member ID AZZ305 is used as an example only):    AZZ305 Option 1
AZZ305  Option 2      AZZ305 Option 3     or    AZZ305 Option 4

If you selected Option 3, put the dollar amount from your account that you
want to trade-in for a triple-value banner ad account right after "Option
3", for instance: AZZ305  Option 3   $500

NOTE:  If we do not receive a response from you by the end of the day on
October 24 we will automatically count your choice by default as Option 4,
and a payment will be delivered to you by PayPal or mailed check,
regardless of the amount that the payment may be.

PLEASE DON'T SEND A MESSAGE INSIDE YOUR EMAIL, BECAUSE ONLY THE SUBJECT
LINE WILL BE READ BY IPTL FOR THIS PARTICULAR RESPONSE. If you have other
questions or comments about this email, please email us as usual through
our "Contact IPTL" link on the IPTL site, but don't use that email to
report your option choice.

Thanks for reading through this entire email and responding with your
preferred choice. We are looking forward to receiving your response within
the next two days.
