*** new scam email sent out by the cheating webmistress, featured on page 8 of this thread ***
As has been rightly mentioned, she is so obcessed with cheating because she is one. Personal attacks, insults, etc, in an attempt to stop whistle blowers from exposing her dishonesty, trying to call me a coward and all that for using a different name and all that. Well, the only reason I am staying a member now is to track the antics of this program and have a laugh at her expense - literally. Think I am going to give her any click throughs?
Appartently, I am a trouble maker but so what? Carole Stacy, who runs this dishonest program, is a complete and utter liar. She does NOT reply to support mails so this is another excuse to steal money from members. Over to you lot now, add your thoughts to this hi that bellowed out her (probably) fat arse...

=================================================================
Any members wishing to address any public issues in the forum, must register with the same username they use here, or their questions will not be addressed.
Too many members and non-members are deliberately starting trouble in the forum by discussing subjects that are meant for members only and regarding a private e-mail i send to the members of certain groups at times by using different usernames to insure that their accounts don't get deleted for breaking rules etc.
Therefore i am forced to make this decision:
If you want support in the forum, you must use the same username that you use here.
Before answering any questions in the forum, i will check to make sure the question is asked by a member, and if i can't match the username in the forum to a mec-co-op member, the question will be ignored regardless of the content.
There are certain issues that i need to send mails to members about and they are meant for only the members that i send them to.
When these issues are posted publically they can hurt not only me, mec-co-op but our advertisers too.
Therefore the following rules are in place.
1. Username in the forum must be the same as your mec-co-op username
2. If i address a subject in a PRIVATE e-mail to members of a certain group or all members privately with the disclaimer above, the issue is not to be brought up in the forums, or the member who does, will be deleted immediately.
Most members understand this, and i'm sorry that i have to e-mail any of those about this, but unfortunately we do have a few trouble-makers who will take any e-mail i send to members and run to forums and post publically for anyone to see.
Sometimes, and it has happened the subject is not to be posted period (rules by our affiliates, or our advertisers affiliates) and by doing so, we risk our accounts, our advertisers accounts etc.
Therefore i will strictly enforce the above policy and from now on, ignore any support questions from non-members or members masking their identities.
There are many forms of cheating, and i feel very strongly that any member who masks their identity just to feel free to do whatever they want, say whatever they want is just as guilty of cheating as the cheater who pretends to join a program from the paid2signup page to get the 25cents and either unsubscribes after receiving payment or those who copy/paste another confirmation e-mail for another program and change links.
Cheating is cheating folks, and masking your identity is cheating in my book, and when i see that, i assume the post was started strictly for the purpose of starting trouble for me, mec-co-op and it's members/advertisers and i won't allow it.
Other issues of course should be discussed in the forums, as there are many members who could be helped at once rather than by 100's of e-mails back and forth.
But there are certain issues that should not be discussed because accounts could be risked by doing so...I have risked my own accounts which are used to make up the bonus clicks i give advertisers, and if i loose my accounts, the bonus's will have to stop.
Advertisers loose their accounts, and the ads stop and no more mec-co-op because without ads, there is no ptr....
Troublemakers don't care, they don't see the ramifications, nor do they care.
They don't like me (i'm smart enough to realize i can't please everyone) and say they cause a few advertisers to loose accounts, that also hurts other prt's not only mec-co-op as many of our advertisers do not just advertise with us, but with many other sites as well.
So while the troublemaker who joins this site, just to get the mails i send, run to the forums and post to start trouble, may not be traceable to loose their mec-co-op account, they will be ignored completely in the forums.
Of course, i wil continue to answer all support e-mails as usual but will no longer answer any questions from anyone i cannot match up to membership at mec-co-op.
Thank you,
Carole

I am forced to make another change in the payout options:
Too many members are ignoring the one redemption per month rule and redeeming for $10 every few days.
With over $1 a day being sent in ads to those who's countries are targetted for searches, and so many ads on the paid2click page and the 25cents per signup on the paid2signup page, many members reach $10 in 5-10 days and the workload has gotten way out of hand.
I thought by offering $5 extra for waiting for $50 would encourage more to wait and the $50 is attainable in a month for some and 2 months for most.
Since that didn't work the way i thought it would, i've decided to increase the payout to $25 since 90% of the members are earning at least $25 a month some more than that.
The only reason i'm not editing the pages right now, is that Jeffry has templates set up for all pages and i don't want to mess them up, he had a death in the family and will be gone over a week...when he gets back, he will edit the pages accordingly..so please don't e-mail me that i need to edit pages, i'm aware of it, and i can do it, but i don't want to mess his templates up. He does such a great job of updating the pages, and i don't want to get yelled at LOL....
I'm sure a few of you will be upset by this, but 90% of the members are active and earning more than $25 a month and with a once a month payout i believe the savings on paypal fees, stormpay fees, e-gold fees will make more sense to raise payout to $25
Those earning less than $25 a month are probably a handful of members who do not participate on a daily basis, and i'm sorry but i have to do what i need to do to do my job efficiently.
My members are spoiled by the rate i payout (sometimes within minutes of request), usually within 24 hours of request, and i want to keep doing that. Unlike other sites that make you wait 30-60 days for your payouts, i will continue making them within 24 hours as funds are available. It is a rare occasion that anyone requesting paypal waits more than 48 hours, and stormpay or e-gold is usually paid within a week of request or sooner if i have the funds..
So in order to keep up with the requests and continue to make payouts within 24 hours for the bulk of requests (paypal) payout will be raised to $25
I'll still have the $55 option for $50 redemption for those who choose to wait a bit longer and earn $5 free bonus money.
Thank you.
Carole

<span style='font-size:8pt;line-height:100%'>Well here's what I am going to do - She isn't the only person who can make threats!
I have a list of all the search engines and I may report each and every one that are getting defrauded by this program, I believe the FBI might want to know about this criminal, as that is what she is. As the search engine companies I have looked into so far, they want their portals on proper sites with proper domains, not on free webspace and certainly not on the templated page which cheats like Carole Stacy put to make it a 'web site' when it isn't. Carole, remember there is always someone smarter than you that knows more than you and put you in your place...
As has been rightly pointed out, she should be done for harassment and abusing the membership. The majority, who I suppose are like myself, want to earn a little extra money than what they have coming in to pay the bills
She had better drop the payout to what it was, in other words, the $3 before she started this mass drive of stealing from the members. Or else!
Why not pay all the members their balances automatically, every week, by mass pay in PayPal? She always goes on about having enough money in PayPal in her rambling emails but then again, I think we know the reason for that, don't we? I might just grant her a get out of jail free card if she pays everyone now (currently, earnings at MecCoOp is little more than Monopoly money anyway at the moment as I reckon whe will do a runner very shortly...)
I also wonder if anyone has taken her up on her offer to exchange egold for PayPal funds? Is she cancelling the transactions after she sends them? We all know PayPal is bent anyway (see paypalsucks.com for a real expose from a disgruntled manager...)
Oha, and I hear they do a good bread and water in Texas prisons, they can even do a fry up for you (sorry, with you...
Also, some time ago I set a spam trap on this program and guess what... MecCoOp is a source of all those spam messages from dubious sources
